A sense of design is very important for me as a person. I try to incorporate that into all I do professionally, whether designing graphics to depict our new curriculum, constructing syllabi, creating websites, assembling presentations, or writing reports. When I was younger, I drew and painted. These days, I tend to find my artistic outlets in design around the home. Some examples appear below (click to expand pictures):
